'My neck is tired.'

One little friend gave me his name tag that hung around his neck to hold for him during games outside. I asked him why he wanted me to hold it for him.

"My neck is tired," he said.

I get it. Don't you? Sometimes I think we (grownups) just use entirely too many words!
